2017 Whitefish Bay School District Summer School
Summer School Dates for 2017:
Monday, June 19 through Thursday, July 20, 2017
No classes on Fridays and during the week of July 3- July 6, 2017
Class Times for Students in 2017-2018 Grades 1-5:
Literacy Block- 8:30-10:30 AM
Supervised Recess- 10:30-11:00 AM
Mathematics Block- 11:00 - Noon
Class Times for Students in 2017-2018 Grades 6-8:
Literacy Block- 8:30-10:00 AM
Supervised Break- 10:00-10:15 AM
Mathematics Block- 10:15 - 11:45 AM
Enrollment in WFB's Summer School Program is based on teacher recommendation. Registration begins March 22, 2017 and ends April 21, 2017. Class size cap at 15 and are enrolled on a first come, first served basis. Transportation is not provided by the District. Please see the additional information below for registration.

Registration Information for WFB Families Currently Attending WFB Schools
The Whitefish Bay School District will again offer recommendation-only classes in math and literacy. As WFB continues our journey of offering programs that meet the needs of all students, we are prioritizing and identifing students who would benefit the most in this extension experience. The District has established recommendation guidelines and criteria for our classroom teachers. Our classroom teachers communicate during spring conferences with families whose student they feel meet the our recommended guidelines and who they feel would benefit from our Summer School program. Please contact your child's classroom teacher directly for additional information and/or a registration form.
Registration Information for WFB Residents Not Currently Attending WFB Schools
The Whitefish Bay School District will again offer recommendation-only classes in math and literacy. The District has established recommendation guidelines and criteria for classroom teachers. If you are interested in finding out if your child would benefit from our Summer School program please review the registration information on the link below and contact your child's classroom teacher. Your child's teacher should review our recommendiation guidelines and fill out the recommendation form before you consider registering.
