The Director of Human Resources & Special Services is responsible for the coordination and implementation of the District's labor and employment practices, including the hiring/termination process, compensation, employee benefit administration, contract maintenance, collective bargaining, and dispute resolution. The Director is further responsible for implementation of various student service policies related to enrollment and support services.
