Paula is responsible for the employee database, personnel files, professional development course registration/hours earned, graduate credits, tuition reimbursement, Chapter 220, WECAN management, and the AESOP substitute calling system.

Director of Human Resources & Special Services
The Director of Human Resources & Special Services is responsible for the coordination and implementation of the District's labor and employment practices, including the hiring/termination process, compensation, employee benefit administration, contract maintenance, collective bargaining, and dispute resolution.  The Director is further responsible for implementation of various student service policies related to enrollment and support services.  Mark is a former middle and high school counselor.  He earned his undergraduate degree from the University of Wisconsin at Madison, and his graduate and law degrees from Marquette University.
