In an effort to address urgent maintenance, security, technology and space needs, the community voted to move forward with the Stewardship Project. 

DETAILS

The Stewardship Project includes measures to improve the safety and security of our school buildings and to meet general building infrastructure needs.

This project includes:

• Replacing school roofs.
• Upgrading heating and ventilation systems.
• Tuck pointing exterior walls.
• Remodeling bathrooms in accordance with current building codes.
• Updating fire alarm systems.
• Making necessary upgrades to electrical systems.
• Reconfiguration of school entrances to control access during school hours.

COST

The total cost of this project is $9 million.  However, because the cost of this option replaces existing debt that is retiring, community members will not see an increase in their property taxes. Click here for a cost breakdown
