Supply List-Grade Five 2009-2010
2 dozen pencils
2 red pens
1 box (12) colored pencils and/ or 1 box (12) washable markers
(Various assignments require that students use color. Students
can choose whether they want colored pencils, markers or both.)
2 dry erase markers (no yellow…it does not show up well)
1 package pencil top erasers
2 large glue sticks
1 scissors
1 plastic folder for Spanish class
3 different colored wide-ruled spiral notebooks
(1 red, 1 black, 1 green or yellow recommended)
2 rolls of clear Scotch-type tape with dispenser
(doesn’t have to be Scotch brand)
1 package wide-ruled loose leaf paper
Additional items needed:
2 boxes family size tissue
1 package Ziploc type quart-sized freezer bags
(doesn’t have to be Ziploc brand)
1 clean (old) sock for use with dry erase boards in Math
1 art smock
1 pair of gym shoes for P.E. These stay in the students’
lockers at school.
1 handheld pencil sharpener (OPTIONAL)
Notes:
1) We recommend that students keep a sweatshirt
in their locker at all times.
2) Large trapper keeper type binders do not fit in the
desks or lockers; therefore, please do not bring them to school.
3) Backpacks with wheels do not fit in the lockers.
4) 4-pocket portfolios will be purchased at registration.
