Safety and Security
Many parents are at our school each day, and we appreciate their help and support. All parents and other visitors to school are required to register at the office each day when they arrive at school and wear a visitor sticker during their stay. Parents are asked to communicate with their child's teacher regarding their interest in volunteering in classrooms during the school day. 
 
To maximize safety at school, all doors, except the front doors will be locked during the school day. While in your child's classroom, please be sure that cell phones and pagers are turned off. Drop-in visits to meet with the teacher, deliver materials to a student, or observe the classroom can be disruptive to the learning process and are discouraged.
 
If parents need to deliver materials to their child, we ask that they leave the materials/messages at the office. Announcements asking students to come to the office for an item or message are made at 11:20 and 3:05 daily.
