Third Grade General Music

Students learn to:

  • Read and write traditional musical notation (Treble Clef)
  • Play the soprano recorder
  • Read, write and play traditional rhythmic notation
  • Sing in rounds and partner songs
  • Improvise through playing mallet instruments, on the recorder, through movement
  • Create music through movement and instrumental activities
