The Mock Trial Team was formed during the fall 2009. Team members research a complex legal case and prepare to argue the case from either side. The team participates in local "scrimages" in preparation for the regional competition. For 2010 the regional competition is Saturday, February 13. Regional team winners can advance to state and national competition.
The team is supported by one or two attorney coaches. In the first year, the attorneys were supplied by Rinehart et al. Mr. William Rinehart and Mr. Thomas Phillips are the attorney coaches in this first year of competition. The team is directed by a Mr. Lippe, the teacher and advisor to the Mock Trial Team.
