Mr. Lippe received a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting and a Master of Business Administration degree from the University of Northern Iowa. After a business career, Mr. Lippe received a Masters degree in Secondary Education from the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater. He joined the district in 2005 as a business education teacher.

Mr. Pedretti recieved his Bachelor's degree in music from Indiana University--Bloomington (Trumpet & Voice), and a Master's degree in Educational Administration from Northeastern Illinois University in Chicago, IL.  For the past nine years he has taught music in urban schools in the metro-Chicago area.  Before entering teaching, Mr. Pedretti spent five years as webmaster and systems architect for the Medical College of Wisconsin's Laboratory for Genetics Research. In addition to teaching, Mr. Pedretti owns a small communications consulting business serving small businesses and schools.

Mr. Pedretti really has programmed robots for commercial research purposes.
