While Whitefish Bay Middle School supports a no-cut philosophy with its many extra-curricular offerings, we must also operate under facility, safety and fiscal constraints.  When the number of students expressing interest in participating in any extra-curricular activity exceeds our ability to provide a meaningful and safe experience, reducing the numbers through a limiting process will need to occur.  To those ends, each coach will communicate to students and parents the process that will be used in selecting participants when the numbers exceed our constraints.  This communication will be through the initial organizational letters received by students at the first meeting of the season.

The organizational letter will also define the requirements and expectations for each extra-curricular activity, including fees, physicals and commitment.
