8th Grade Civil War Day
The date on the PTO Calendar for Civil War Day is incorrect. The date is NOT June 8th, it is Thursday, June 3rd. Please make the change on your calendar!
Bay Ball

8th Graders Interested In Cross Country At The High School
The Cross Country Runners Meeting for both boys and girls is set for Tuesday, May 25th in room 334 at 3:30pm. At this meeting the coaches will introduce your son or daughter to the team captains; give an overview of the season; and provide handouts with pre-season training schedules, expectations, diet suggestions and summer running camp information.
There will also be a Cross Country Parents Meeting held in room 334 on Wednesday, May 26th at 5:30 pm. At this meeting the coaches introduce the team captains; provide parents with an overview of the upcoming Cross Country season; discuss coaching philosophies; provide important information about pre-season (summer) training, summer camps, expectations, diet suggestions, and fall season practices; schedules will be distributed so families can plan for the fall season. In addition, the parent coordinators for the team provide information about team communications, fundraising and social events.
Box Tops For Education
There are only a couple of weeks left in this school year to turn in Box Top$ for Education coupons, Golden Guernsey and Kemp's milk caps, and Campbell's Labels for Education. Friday, May 28, 2010 is the last collection day. In June, the Star Group collecting the most Box Top$ for Education, labels, and milk caps will receive a Star Group Reward. Please see the attached document for more details.
