8th Grade Parents

Market Day

Save money on customer favorites like: Kraft Mac & Cheese, Pepperoni Pizza Eat-zzas, Broccoli Florets Check out some of the New Product Honor Roll: Chocolate Chip cookie Dough Cups, Kyoto Blend Vegetables, AriZona Liquid Concentrate Sweet Tea.
Cookies are a highlight one more time, try the top selling - Chocolate Mint Chip or the 2010 Best New Dessert – Lemon Cooler Cookie. Cookies come as individual serving pieces so you can cook up as many as needed. They are especially good hot out of the oven!
Receive a 4 pack of Burgers with a $50 or more purchase. If you’ve been participating in the frequent buyer program receive your reward, Mite ‘N’ Mighty Stool, with a $40 purchase.

Student Council Carnival – Friday, May 7th
On Friday, May 7th there will be a community carnival after school from 3-5pm. There will be $5 punch cards available for purchase to pay for games, dunk tank, cake walk, bounce house, food and fun. Tell your younger siblings, family and friends about the event because they are all invited! Hope to see you here, May 7th, for the community carnival.

NOTES FROM THE PRINCIPAL
Fourteen members of the WFBMS Student Council represented our school at the Wisconsin Association of School Councils' (WASC) 18th annual middle school state conference on May 2-3, in Green Bay. Our school hosted two events: the Competition and the Region IV business meeting. The Competition was co-chaired by Kyra Fox, Melinda Davies, and Laura Yenchesky. Committee members were: Alex Dettinger, Elizabeth Dean, Eleanor Hanson, Emily Daykin, Reilly Koch, Carson Schier, Rose Misey, Jonah Pit, Haley O'Connor, Kat Thien, Erin Bentley.
During the business meeting, Haley O'Connor, Rose Misey, Kyra Fox, and Kat Thien won Region IV Leadership Awards. Laura Yenchesky was elected Region IV vice-president; Elizabeth Dean was elected Region IV secretary. At the evening's banquet, Kat Thien received the Dale D. Hawley Leadership Award! This is a great honor for Kat, who was recognized for her excellent leadership on the WASC Governing Board, as well as her work as the 2009-2010 Region IV President. Congratulations to everyone!
