We are again ordering T-Shirts for the Richards Student Council to wear. The shirts make it easy to identify our council members when we are working together on a project. The logo is being designed by a Richards Student. It will feature black printing on a nice quality, 100% cotton short sleeve lime green shirt.

The cost of the shirts will be $5.00 each, which we ask members to pay in the form of cash or check payable to Richards Student Council. Should the cost be a financial burden for your family, we ask you to simply write "Scholarship Funds Requested" on the order form when it is returned, and the cost will be covered. If you already have a student council shirt from a previous year that still fits, please check the box on the form and return the form to the office.

Because these shirts will be custom ordered, we are not able to exchange a smaller size for a larger one, so please consider that when choosing the size for your child. Some size samples of our previous shirt designs are available in the office if you would like to check the size.

Please wear your shirt to school for each day that we have a meeting. Also, please wear your shirt for the following types of special occasions:

• when you make announcements at school meetings
• when working on a student council fundraiser
• when participating in a student council service project
• for any other student council activity

You are welcome to wear your shirt at other times, but ask that you try to keep it in good condition.
