Unfortunately children and adolescents in our world today endure several types of losses. While all children and adolescents experience grief/loss differently, there are a variety of ways parents, educators, and community members can support them. It is certainly not an exhaustive list; however, please find a number of resources below. As we continue to add resources, please contact us with feedback and any other suggestions.
If your child is experiencing grief from a loss please let us know how we can support you. Contact your school counselor, school psychologist, and/or building administrator. You can also contact Stacy Gahan, Director of Pupil Services and Special Education at 414-963-3924 or stacy.gahan@wfbschools.com
