Tickets for the Richards Night at the Admirals Game!
Tickets are now on-sale for the Richards Night at the Admirals Game! Join families and friends of Richards School at the Milwaukee Admirals hockey game. They will play the Manitoba Moose, on Friday, February 1, 2019 at 7:00 pm at the UWM Panther Arena (400 W. Kilbourn Ave). Last year, we sold over 400 tickets and a great time was had by all. $4.00 from every ticket sold goes back to the Richards School PTO. If we sell 500 or more tickets, $5 will come back to the school!
Cheer on 4th grade teacher Katie Wilhelm as she soars across the ice as the Human Hockey Puck!
Complete the form that will come home today in your child’s Thursday folder and remit with a check made out to “Richards PTO” and return your ticket order to school by Monday, January 28, 2019. Tickets will be distributed in Thursday folders (to the youngest child) the day before the game.

Hunger Task Force Dinner and Food Drive - Don’t Forget to Return Your Dinner Form!
The Richards PTO and 3rd Graders invite you to “share the love” this February and participate in our Hunger Task Force Dinner and Food Drive. The Hunger Task Force Dinner will be on Friday, February 8th from 5:00 to 6:30 pm in the Great Hall. All guests are encouraged to bring a canned good to the dinner to kick-off the Richards food drive. See the below link to an informational flyer and the order form. Paper order forms went home in last week’s Thursday folder. Dinner forms are due back by January 25th.
Don’t forget to also bring extra money on February 8th for the bake sale benefiting Hunger Task Force. Following dinner, we will have family bingo from 6:30 to 7:30 pm; families can RSVP for bingo on their dinner forms. All dinner and bingo forms must be returned by January 25th to your child’s teacher. Please reach out to Brenda or Mary Kathryn at brennapierala@yahoo.com or marykathryn.malaney@gmail.com with any questions.
The Richards Hunger Task Force Food Drive will run from February 11th to March 1st. All students are encouraged to bring as many non-perishable food items as possible to school during those three weeks. The Hunger Task Force experiences less food donations after the holidays and Richards plans to change that! Help us “share the love” this February and bring in as many food items as possible to donate during the Richards Hunger Task Force Food Drive – February 11th to March 1st!
