Dr. James Rickabaugh is Superintendent of the Whitefish Bay Schools in Whitefish Bay, Wisconsin, a north Milwaukee suburb. Previously, he served as Midwest Regional President for Voyager Expanded Learning of Dallas, Texas. He also served as Superintendent of Schools for the Burnsville-Eagan-Savage School District in Burnsville, Minnesota, a south suburb of Minneapolis.
Dr. Rickabaugh has held a variety of teaching and administrative positions throughout Illinois and Wisconsin during his career. He was Wisconsin Superintendent of the Year in 2008 and Minnesota Superintendent of the Year in 1996 and received the Excellence in Educational Leadership Award in 2005 from the University Council for Educational Administration. Dr. Rickabaugh also is a co-author of Galileo and The Board and contributing author for The Master Teacher, nationally distributed subscription publications from THE MASTER TEACHER of Manhattan, Kansas.
