Whitefish Bay Middle School, a school of approximately 650 students attending grades 6, 7, and 8, was named a National Blue Ribbon School of Excellence in 1999-2000 and one of the top one hundred middle schools in the United States by the National Association of Secondary School Principals. Our staff of 70 dedicates themselves to ensuring that all of our students experience success. We provide a compassionate, safe environment that encourages creativity, critical thinking and an enthusiasm for learning. We use the best middle level practices to promote the intellectual, physical, emotional and social growth of our students. The middle school years are a time of unrivaled energy, spontaneity and curiosity. It is a time when important decisions are made for the future. Our curriculum provides exploratory, hands-on life skill experiences integrated with academic subjects. We are dedicated to a home, school, and community partnership.
