Cahill Pavilion Rental Information
How to Reserve Cahill
Reservations must be made in person at the Whitefish Bay Recreation & Community Education office located at the Lydell School & Community Center. Reservation holds cannot be made. Payment is due when filling out and submitting your Cahill Rental Agreement. A key return deposit of $75.00 will be included and charged only if the Cahill key is not returned within 3 business days after your event.
Rental Fee: $15.00/hour
Important Rental Policies
- Cahill can be reserved between 8:00 am and 10:00 pm Monday - Sunday. There is a 3-hour maximum event limit.
- Cahill is available to Whitefish Bay residents only. The person reserving must be 21 years of age or older.
- For-profit organizations/groups/businesses and non-residents are not eligible to rent the pavilion. Cahill is intended for birthday parties, graduation parties, potlucks, etc.
