How to Apply to Whitefish Bay Schools Through the Open Enrollment Program
The Whitefish Bay School District will have zero (0) new open enrollment seats available for the 2021-22 school year.
It is in the parent’s best interests to apply to School Districts that have available seats in the grade/s their child/ren will be entering. Whitefish Bay does not maintain a waiting list. Unfortunately, because Whitefish Bay has zero (0) seats available all applications received will have to be denied.
If you have questions about Whitefish Bay's Open Enrollment program, please contact our Open Enrollment Coordinator via email mckenna.shaffer@wfbschools.com or by phone, 414-963-3901.
General Guidelines for the Statewide Open Enrollment Program
The Department of Public Instruction’s (DPI) Open Enrollment Program allows parents to apply for their children to attend school districts other than the one in which they live. Transportation is available through the Department of Public Instruction for those families who qualify for free and reduced lunch.
Students in grades K5-12 may complete an application for participation in the Open Enrollment Program. K4 and Early Childhood students may also apply, however parents are encouraged to read the special criteria for application in the informational brochure for parents.
