Meeting Notices, Agendas, Minutes and Meeting Packets
Meeting Notices and Agendas will be posted two days prior to the scheduled School Board meeting on BoardDocs. BoardDocs is an eGovernance, paperless system, for electronic posting of School Board meeting agendas, meeting packets, and notices.
Board-Approved Minutes will be housed within each meeting agenda, under the "view minutes" tab once they are approved.

Attending School Board Meetings
School Board meetings are open to the public for viewing. Please feel free to bring a mobile device to our Board meetings and to view the public informational documents specific to agenda items on your device. We encourage attendees to review the Public Participation Brochure prior to the meeting.
Types of Meetings
All meetings are open to the public unless specified otherwise.
Committee Meetings: No Board action taken. Board and/or Committee Members meet to discuss agenda items.
Regular Business Meetings: Monthly Board meeting where most of the Board's business is conducted. Action may be taken.
Special Meeting: In addition to the Regular Business Meeting, the Board may hold a Special Meeting to conduct Board business. Action may be taken.
Closed Meeting/Session: Certain exemptions allow districts to convene in Closed Session. Closed Sessions are not open to the public.
Annual Meeting: The annual meeting, including the financial report and budget hearing, is an opportunity for the school board and administration to engage with the community regarding the achievements, needs, and future of the district.
