Bay Volunteer Application Bay Volunteers
The summer Bay Volunteer program provides the youth of Whitefish Bay an opportunity to become leaders in the community. Volunteers will be placed in summer day camp programs at the Lydell School and Community Recreation Center, Richards Elementary School and Cumberland Elementary School to work with youth entering preschool thru 6th grade. This program is available for students entering the 9th grade and all high school aged students.
Summer of 2025 application process will start as part of the Winter/Spring Recreation Guide and will have a deadline of Friday , April 4th, 2025. Please contact Mark Suchowski at 414-963-3864 if you have any questions.
Counselor in Training
The Counselor-in-Training program is a work experience program designed for teens entering their senior year in high school in the fall of 2025. CIT's will work with youth in a summer day camp environment to assist in the organization and implementation of camp activities. This is a paid, 25 hours a week, Monday-Friday summer work experience. All interested high school juniors (school year 2025/2026) are encouraged to apply.
